What kind of files can I store in PLUS?
You can store video files, images, audio files, PDFs, design assets, project material and other creative files.
Can PLUS replace our external hard drives?
PLUS is built to move creative work away from physical drives and into one shared workspace. For some production workflows, teams may still use local drives, but PLUS can become the central place where material is stored, organised and shared. When streaming is ready the it will be easier for teams to move away from external harddrives
Can I share files with external partners?
Yes. You can share files, folders or harddrives with clients, agencies, freelancers and other partners through secure links.
How does pricing work?
PLUS has simple storage-based pricing. You can start free, then scale by the amount of storage you need.
Do you charge per user?
No. PLUS is designed around unlimited users, so teams can invite clients, freelancers, agencies and partners without the price increasing every time another person joins.
Is PLUS secure?
PLUS is built with secure access, permissions and controlled sharing in mind. For enterprise customers, we can also provide legal, privacy and data processing documents.
How is PLUS different from Dropbox or Google Drive?
Dropbox and Google Drive are general cloud storage tools. PLUS is built specifically for creative workflows — with visual browsing, review, sharing, permissions, AI search and creative file management in one workspace.
How is PLUS different from Frame.io?
Frame.io is primarily built around review and approval. PLUS includes review, but also gives teams a broader workspace for storage, organisation, sharing, permissions and AI-powered search.
Do I still need Vimeo, Frame.io, WeTransfer or LucidLink?
PLUS is built to reduce the need for multiple platforms. Today, PLUS supports storage, sharing, transfer, review, permissions, collections, tagging and AI search. Streaming and video embedding are on the roadmap.
Can we review videos and images in PLUS?
Yes. PLUS lets teams review video and image files directly in the platform, so comments stay connected to the file instead of getting lost in email threads.
How does AI Search work?
AI Search lets you search your creative archive using natural language. You can describe what you are looking for, and PLUS helps find relevant material even if you do not remember the filename.
Can you help migrate our files into PLUS?
Yes. For teams and enterprise customers, PLUS can help structure and migrate material as part of onboarding.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on the amount of material and the complexity of your setup. A simple team can get started quickly, while larger organisations usually begin with a pre-onboarding session to define structure, users, permissions and migration.
